So here it is! A draft of instalment #4 (pages 7 & 8) of The Poisoned Rallis, a new tale of the Trigan Empire.
Credit where credit is due—the art is mainly by Don Lawrence, recycled and reprised from previous episodes of the Trigan Empire. A few panels in this instalment are not by Don Lawrence. One of the panels (panel #7 above left) is painted by Ron Embleton, one of the other Trigan Empire artists.
I still haven’t decided what the rallis plant (after which this tale is named) should look like. For the time being, it looks like the plant you see above which I created with the help of Stable Diffusion (panel #1 above left) and DALL·E 3 (panel #2 above left).
Once again, in order to meet the end-of-year deadline mentioned in the previous post, I’ve left two (and a half) panels blank save for the captions and speech balloons. I’ll be back later to fill in the blanks.
